Getting the Most From Blended Learning

A New and Improved Blended Learning

That being said however, it must be noted that providing the best results relative to learning goals does come at a greater financial cost.  The programs are more complicated than straight-up eLearning and even though the instructor is not physically in the room with employees, they are still coaching and giving real-time support on mobile devices.
